Hotel Information:

Our rooms begin by stretching across the entire frontage, these are our Marina View rooms located on the ground & first floor.

The standard family rooms overlook the motels courtyard & pool area and feature a queen size bed & 2 single beds, large built-in wardrobes & bay windows.

All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, plus iron & ironing board and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Free wifi connection avalible in Reception Area only,  swimming pool, on-site laundry and free onsite parking.

All Rooms are NON SMOKING.

At the Haven we have two Wings of rooms. Central side located next to reception & pool area and Southern Wing located by our undercover carpark. Rooms on each side are different, you can view these room types on our website. We suggest to contact reception to clarify the difference in room types.

 

Disability Access – Haven Marina does not have a Lift, however we do have a disabled carpark with ground floor access to reception and ground floor rooms with walk in showers available at request. Should you require assistance taking luggage upstairs please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.

Guest Laundry is located Ground Floor of the Southern Wing of the property and you will require your room key to access this area. There is a washing machine & dryer and both machines require 4 x $1 coin to operate. Washing powder is available for sale at Reception for $1 each.

In all rooms we provided welcome letters with our hotel information, afterhours assistance and instructions on how to use our air-conditioners.

 

Pet Friendly:

Did you know our property is pet friendly? We have a small number of rooms where you & your pooch can stay happily together. Upon check-in our reception staff will kindly a service fee of $50 per dog/cat. There are 2 large reserves nearby where your pooch is able to run free off the lead & feel the sand under their paws on Glenelg Beach (Dogs must be on a lead between10am-8pm daylight savings).
